TEACHING ENRICHMENT PROGRAM 2016-17
ADITYA Schools Management has been successfully conducting Teachers Re-orientation Programme titled TEACHING ENRICHMENT PROGRAM for the Academic year 2016-2017 from 21st May to 31st May for all subject teachers of all segments like Pre-Primary, Primary, Middle & High Schools. The program is conducted in Aditya Women’s Degree College, Kakinada for all East Godavari District branches : Srinagar, Jagannaikpur, Pithapuram,G.Mamidada and for West Godavari District branches: Palakol School campus.
On 21st May Aditya Group of Public Schools Director Hon’ble Smt.Shruthi Reddy , Smt.Ramani , Principal, Aditya School-Srinagar and Swami Anantha Sesha Dasan from Kakinada ISKON inaugurated the Program by “Jyothi Prajwalana” followed by Prayer Song by teachers.
Smt.Shruthi Reddy welcomed all the teachers for this TEACHING ENRICHMENT PROGRAM and suggested them to utilize and brush up their teaching skills. She focused on the new pattern of the teaching methodology i.e., CONTINUOUS COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION( CCE). All teachers must implement in their class rooms successfully all these concepts during this Academic year on wards .
Smt.Ramani, Principal Aditya School -Srinagar gave the outlines of this Program while addressing the gathering. According to her, 2 days Motivation classes will be conducted by ISKON . Next 4 days 
for individual subject SEMINARS,QUIZ AND SOFT SKILLS program to the teachers.
SEMINAR includes general verbal or Power point presentation for 30min. to 45 min Max. in presence of concern subject teachers and Observers. This SEMINAR method is a new concept introduced by Management to the teachers which is not like a Demo
During first two days, Motivation on Professional & Communication Skills was organized by Swami Anantha Sesha Dasan along with his team. He spoke about Attitude, Positive Attitude, How to get Stress free, Bhagavad Gita applicability in dialy life, Time management with many practical examples to inspire the teachers.
Senior Observers will go through certain parameters of the SEMINAR and record their comments/Remarks. Simultaneously Interaction, Review and Enrichment of the subject have been conducted.

One of the famous mathematician Sri Thotakura Sai Rama Krishna garu, Aditya Schools Principals -Smt.Sujatha , Principal, Jagannaikpur, Mr. Ramesh, Pithapuram, Mr.Suresh,G.Mamidada coordinated the program to make it a success.
On 26th May,TEACHING ENRICHMENT PROGRAM came to an end and during closing ceremony all the subject observers gave valuable suggestions to the teachers to enhance their teaching abilities.
Aditya group of Public schools Director Smt. Shruthi Reddy felicitated all the Observers and asked the teachers to implement whatever they’ve learnt during this program in their class rooms.
Many teachers given their feedback as they acquired many things and got confidence about how to present CCE pattern
in the class rooms confidently.
