56 students of Aditya Degree College are selected for Nexwave Campus Interviews

            56 students of Aditya Degree College selected for Nexwave Campus Interviews. Giving this information, the Academic Coordinator of Aditya Degree and PG Colleges, Shri BEVL Naidu said that many MNCs have visited Aditya Degree College campus to select eligible candidates for their respective companies. He also opined that many MNCs are turning up to Aditya Degree College because of the quality of the students. The selection was done based on Written and personal rounds. A total of 123 students participated in the campus interviews, out of them 80 students got selected in Written test and out of that 56 students got shortlisted for final HR round which is going to be held at Hyderabad in a weekdays time. Shri Naidu on this occasion reminded of recent success of AMPLE -2014 where more than 600 Aditya Degree students got the placements.

The Sr. Executives of HR Department of Nexwave Mr. A Uday Kumar and J. Naveen conducted the campus interviews. They initially gave a presentation on the salary package and facilities provided at the Nexwave and opined that if any student with degree qualification joins the company it will be easy for them to reach top position in no time. The Nexwave team appreciated Aditya Degree Colleges for having a facility to conducting online test for 400 students at a stretch. They gave details of the annual salary package offered for the students i.e., Rs. 1,80,000 and said that the students can expect a good career with Nexwave.

The Secretary of Aditya Educational Institutions Shri NK Deepak Reddy opined that based on the requirement of the MNCs the Campus Recruitment Training is being provided for the students of Aditya Educational Institutions and that is the reason for maximum number of placements in all the campus placements. He appreciated the team members of Nexwave who conducted campus interviews at Aditya Degree College.

The Chairman of Aditya Educational Institutions, Shri N. Sesha Reddy, the Director Smt. N. Suguna Reddy congratulated the selected students and appreciated the Campus Recruitment Team and Campus Recruitment Training team for providing such a nice training.  The placements officer Shri Ravichandra, the vice principal of Aditya Degree College Dr. A. Maniprakash, the principal of Aditya Degree college for women Smt. K. Karuna appreciated the selected students, the placement drive was organized by placement executives Shri Srinivasan, and placement Coordinators of Aditya degree Colleges Shri Kumar and Shri Janakiram.
