Kakinada Aditya Degree College students participated in National Adventurous camp

The NSS student volunteers of Aditya Degree College participate in National Adventurous camp of NSS. Giving this information the Academic Coordinator Shri BEVL Naidu said that it has been a regular practice that NSS student volunteers of Kakinada Aditya Degree College join in various service activities.

The Indian Government sports Department and Youth Welfare Department in connection with Nehru Yuva Kendra conducted National Adventurous camp and the students of Kakinada Aditya Degree College Mr. Y. Veera Saikrishna, P.V.V. Satyanarayana, U.S.V.V. Manikanta, A. Manikanta participated in the programme. On 7^th June 2014a seminar was conducted and training was provided. On 8^th June 2014 swimming competitions were held and the important skills in swimming were told to the students. On 9^th June 2014 training in trekking using ropes, adventurous skills and other skill sets were provided. The trained NSS student volunteers thanked the Academic Coordinator for the best opportunity they have got.

On this occasion, Shri BEVL Naidu said that the students must strengthen themselves as well as their skill sets and should serve the society. The Secretary of Aditya Educational Institutions Shri NK Deepak Reddy and the Director of Aditya Educational Institutions Smt. N. Suguna Reddy congratulated the NSS student volunteers. The Vice Principal of Aditya Degree College, Dr. Maniprakash and the NSS programme officers, Shri L. Divakara rao and Shri T. Tejeswararao congratulated the participated NSS student volunteers and they hope that the students will participate in many more such programmes.
