The Freshers’ party of the Commerce and Management Department of Aditya Degree College, Kakinada is conducted at the Auditorium of Rangaraya Medical College, Kakinada. Giving this information, the Academic Coordinator Shri BEVL Naidu said that the senior students of Aditya Degree College have secured several ranks in various Universities and they gave their best to achieve many ranks. With a creative thought Aditya degree Colleges are providing Campus Recruitment Training to the Degree students and thus are on the forefront in Degree Education in the state he added. As per the need of the hour and as per the thinking of the parents, Aditya Degree Colleges are running professional courses in order to prepare future managers and future commerce professionals. The programme was inaugurated by lighting the lamp by the Guests.

The President of the function and the Director of Aditya Educational Institutions, Smt. N. Suguna Reddy in her opening remarks said that as per the wish of the parents the students should set a goal and with the help of the teachers they should accomplish the same. She also opined how much the students increase their capacity to do hard work, that much they will be closure to the goal.

The Guest of Honour and the Chairman of Aditya Educational Institutions, Shri N. Sesha Reddy opined on this occasion that the Degree students should not only look forward for the higher education opportunities, but also the job opportunities. He reminded of the Campus Recruitment Training being provided along with degree education and he gave various examples of how a college management will facilitate the students from the point of the their education to their employment. He on this occasion said that students should work hard and get good name to their parents and the institute.

The Principal of Aditya Degree College for women Smt. K. Karuna on this occasion wished the students should aim high and should improve their understanding capacities. She also gave a call to the students to improve their book reading habits.

The Chief Guest of the function and Member of Parliament Dr. P. Ravindra Babu on this occasion appreciated the senior students who are conducting the freshers party for their newly joined students. He said that he is reminded of his college days on this occasion. He opined that such functions will reduce the differences between the students and improve their relations. He also opined that from lives of great people like Amartya Sen and Ambedkar students should learn many things. He said the discipline is lacking in people and there is a kind of silence in the lives of students and people. On this occasion he advised the students not to neglect the History and said that there will not be any caste, creed, category, religion without history. He gave a call to the students to learn things for the sake of society and also gave a call to the students to make use of their studies for the sake of society. He advised the students to make use of the facilities provided at Aditya Degree College and secure a good job in the Campus Placements. He said that though he served various Government positions, the seeds laid by his teachers are leading him in serving the society as politician. He on this occasion quoted Shri N. Sesha Reddy, the Chairman of Aditya Educations Institutions and opined that though he is a politician by profession, he could able to excel better in the education field with his innovation and appreciated him for providing trainings like Campus Recruitment Training and Soft skills training. On this occasion Dr. P. Ravindra Babu is being felicitated with a Great Garland, Memento, Appreciation form and with Shawl through the hands of Shri N. Sesha Reddy. On this occasion, a student magazine named ‘Manage Mentor’ is being released through the hands of the Chief Guest.

The Academic toppers and the event winners of the students of Commerce and Management Department were felicitated with Medallions and Certificate through the hands of Chief Guest Dr. P. Ravindra Babu and Shri N. Sesha Reddy. After this programme, several cultural programmes were arranged like Fashion show, dance and skits and singing. The Vice Principal of Aditya Degree College, Dr. Maniprakash Aravelli, the teaching and non teaching staff members and students of Commerce and Management.
