206 Record Selections by Aditya Degree students in WIPRO Campus Interviews

            206 Aditya Degree students got selected in WIPRO Campus Interviews conducted at Aditya Degree College, Kakinada. Giving this information, the Academic Coordinator Shri BEVL Naidu said that the students of Aditya Degree Colleges got placed in WIRPO technologies. He informed that in the campus interviews conducted on Sunday and Monday, 154 Aditya Degree Students got selected and in the off campus drive 52 degree students got selected he added.

The Secretary of Aditya Educational Institutions Shri NK Deepak Reddy on this occasion opined that getting these many placements in one MNC is not a simple thing and it includes efforts both from the students side and also the efforts of faculty of Training and placement division. On this occasion he said that speaking good English, creativity in bringing people together and easily mixing with group are some of the points the recruiters will look in the candidates.

The Chairman of Aditya Educational Institutes, Shri N Sesha Reddy on this occasion opined that the pleasure of success was not in taking initiatives in developing the Educational Institutions rather the students after joining the institutes, they develop and get good name to the institute, then the real happiness comes. He congratulated the job winners of Aditya Degree Colleges and hope that they will do well in upcoming interviews also.

The Vice Chairman of Aditya Educational Institutions Shri N. Satish Reddy on this occasion said that even before the Interviews are conducted by the companies, the tests of such companies will be solved and explained to the students and with the practice, the students are easily handling the tests. He also said that from first year of degree onwards the students are being trained in awareness, communication skills etc., The confidence levels are being boosted in the students which is enabling them to join in MNCs like these. The Directors of Aditya Educational Institutions Shri Gangireddy and Shri Raghava Reddy informed that the selected students will be given with salary of Rs. 1,50,000/- per annum.

The HR Manager of WIPRO Shri Rebeesh Ravindra, Head,Academic Relations, Shri Veerendra, HR executives Shri Amal and Shri Sridhar conducted the campus interviews and the principals of Aditya Degree College, Smt K. karuna,Dr. Maniprakash, Shri K.C.Sagar, Shri Phani Kumar, Shri Murali Mohan, Shri Varadarajan and Shri Ravikumar, the Placement officers, Shri Ravi Chandra and Shri Rajesh and the placement coordinators shri Kumar, Shri Janakiram, Shri Srikanth and Shri Arun and the faculty members congratulated the job winners.
