A goal has to be set for student life: Personality Development Trainer Shri Uday Kumar

            The Chairman of Aditya Educational Institutions Shri N. Sesha Reddy inaugurated the first day of the class work of the newly joined First year Degree students at RMC auditorium. He along with other guests lighted the lamp to inaugurate the function. The parents and students were called for lighting of the lamp. Speaking to the gathering Shri N. Sesha Reddy said that every facility has been created at Aditya Degree Colleges, like digital library, digital class rooms, fully equipped laboratories etc., to help degree students explore new heights in their career. He also said that Aditya is the only degree college to give Campus Recruitment Training from the first day of degree itself. He gave a detailed account of awards and rewards received by Aditya for securing maximum placements in one academic year. He informed that a total of 2114 campus placements were secured by 2014-15 year degree students of Aditya Degree College out of which 892 are CMM Level 5 company placements. He said that it is a proud moment which cherishes for the years to come. He gave chance to the International student representative, a parent representative and a student to speak to the gathering on this occasion.

Giving information regarding the discipline and the strategies for Degree Education, the Academic Coordinator Shri BEVL Naidu said that the Chairman of Aditya Educational Institutions Shri N. Sesha Reddy very recently received appreciation award from the Global head of WIPRO Shri Rajiv for securing maximum number of placements i.e., 268 campus placements and also for standing first in South India with this number of placements. He on this occasion opined that the success secret of Aditya is ‘Campus Recruitment Training’ where the students are equipped with Arithmatic, Reasoning and Softskills concepts. He said that at Aditya Degree College the students are made into MNC employees within a period of three years through the Campus Recruitment Training.

Eminent personality development Trainer Shri A. Uday kumar on this occasion gave an account of incidents happen in student life. He said that the student should set a goal for their life and they should also write it in order to achieve. He said that media is playing a vital role in issues like memory, exams and attitude of the student. Students are able to memorise the cinematic dialogues rather than the subject, he jovially added. He on this occasion said that listening is as difficult as speaking about a subject and parents with this interaction will learn about the same and understand in what condition the student will be sitting in the class rooms. He gave a detailed account of various life styles of different personalities, inspirational people and their messages and finally said that Aditya Educational Institutions are always on the forefront of providing facilities to the students without looking for money and thus the students should strive hard for achieving their goals. He appreciated the management for providing such job related skill sets to the students.
