Alumni of IIM, Kolkata conducted seminar on “Entrepreneurship Development” at Aditya Degree College, Kakinada

Alumni of IIM, Kolkata Shri Rajan conducted a seminar to BBA+ (Bachelor of Business Administration Plus) students of Aditya Degree College, Kakinada. Giving this information, the Academic Coordinator Shri BEVL Naidu said that the management courses are being run prestigiously at Aditya Degree College and the placement record for the management students is great. He opined that seminars, field visits, Industrial visits, workshops and personality development sessions conducted for the students are the reason for achieving so much success.

The Alumni of IIM, Kolkata Shri Rajan on this occasion conducted a seminar to the students of first year BBA+ students on the topic of ‘Entrepreneurship Development’. He discussed in detail about various opportunities for the upcoming and young business persons and opined that today’s job seekers can become tomorrow’s job providers through Entrepreneurship. He gave an account of governmental facilities for initiation of a small scale industry. He also opined that apart from other support the students should have confidence on themselves. He gave examples of various persons who started entrepreneurship and succeeded. He opined that necessary skills sets should be honed by the students during the graduation itself. He was happy with the management curriculum and appreciated the facilities available at Aditya Degree College for management courses.

The Secretary of Aditya Educational Institutions Shri N.K Deepak Reddy and the Chairman of Aditya Educational Institutions Shri N. Sesha Reddy appreciated Shri Rajan for conducting the seminar to management students. They also said that his rich experience will be of great help for the upcoming management students.
