SANKRANTHI CELEBRATIONS IN ADITYA@PALAKOL

Aditya, Palakollu became the Venue of Pongal Celebrations at grand scale. As a part of unveiling our traditional culture relates to our festivals, all the pongal atmosphere was landed on the day. All the kids were appeared in traditional dresses to enthrall everybody. Particularly some children who disguised as Haridasulu attracted the attention of all the eyes. Rangoli competitions were conducted among the high-school students which made the land so-colourful. ‘Kolatam Dance’ and ‘Gobbimma’ songs by the children created a massive response. ‘Garaga’ dance vibrated the stage with unparalled performances. The debut of ‘Gangi Reddu’ made every body so exciting. It danced as it’s master said to charm the children. Traditional food items were displayed to introduce them to the present generations. Bhogi Mantalu (Bonfires) were placed to reflect the customary culture of Telugu people making fire out of all the crap. The Director Sri S.V.Raghava Reddy garu made it clear that these celebrations would make the children aware of our festivals. He congratulated everyone who made this celebration a grand success.
