ADIKAVI NANNAYA UNIVERSITY INTER COLLEGIATE BASKET BALL (WOMEN) CHAMPIONSHIP TEAM SELECTIONS TRAILS -2016-17 GREAT INAUGURAL PROGRAM @ ADITYA DEGREE COLLEGE, KAKINADA

Adikavi Nannaya University Inter Collegiate Basket Ball (Women) Championship Team Selections Trails -2016-17 Great Inaugural Program is conducted at Aditya Degree College, Kakinada said by Sri B.E.V.L Naidu, Inter Collegiate Basket Ball (Women) Convenor and Aditya Degree & P.G.Colleges Academic Co-ordinator.

This competition is started with prayer song. Sri.N.Krishna Deepak Reddy, Secretary, Aditya group of institutions, attended as President and said it’s a great honour to our College for becoming a platform for Inter Collegiate Basket Ball (Women) Championship Team Selections. He also said that Aditya Educational Institutions give priority to Sports and encourage players. Sri A.Satyanarayana, Special Guest, AKNU Physical Education Assistant Director and Sports Board Secretary told that AKNU will always give importance and encourage players and sports. Players will be eligible for Government jobs by these certificates (Sports quota). He also opined that colleges like Aditya can adopt any sport and produce World Champions.

 Sri Y.D.Ramarao Chief Guest, Andhra Pradesh Olympic Association Vice-President, Andhra Pradesh Chess Association President told that students must aim to achieve Olympic medals and Sports championship should be their life achievement. B.E.V.L Naidu Convenor of this event said that physical education must be a part of Education of every student. Prof.Muthyala Naidu, AKNU Vice –Chancellor, Prof A.Narasimham, Registrar congratulated the organizers and released Hydrogen balloons and started the event.

The students of Dr.C.R.Reddy, Eluru, SVKP College, Penugonda, SKSD women  College, Tanuku,  St.Theresa College, Eluru, ASD Women Degree College, Kakinada, Aditya Degree Colleges, Kakinada in this competition. Sri.Bheemesh and Sri B.Trinadha varma (Physical Director) acted as Empires for this competition.

On this occasion Sri.N.Sesha Reddy, Aditya Institutions Chairman congratulated the participants of different Colleges. Dr.G.Srinivasarao, Principal, Aditya P.G.College, Smt K.Karuna, Principal, Aditya Degree College for Women, Sri.Ch.V.V.Satynarayana, Vice-Principal, Aditya Degree College. Dr.Sparjan Raju, Physical Director, R.M.C, Sri.Prasad, Sri Ramaraju (Physical Directors) and players participated.
