IGNITE-2K17, A State Level Physics Symposium @ Aditya Degree College, Gopalapatnam, Visakhapatnam
Students who are pursuing Physics, a subject which comes in importance, next only to Mathematics, have exhibited their ideas. Physics students of various colleges of the city have presented their ideas. They have exhibited number of models and presented various possibilities for the production of electricity. They also discussed about how electricity must be used wisely taking into consideration the growing population. They informed about how electricity can be generated from nature. They have displayed many models like, electricity being produced from moving vehicles, wind and so on. A few others made the public think about their innovative and different ideas. Youth have enthusiastically presented their ideas in the State Level Physics Symposium, which was organized by the Management of Aditya Degree College, Gopalapatnam on Friday, 8th of September at Kumari Kalyana Mandapam.
Participation with a great competitive spirit:
The girls of Aditya Degree College, Gopalapatnam have exhibited a model in which the process of producing electricity from speed breakers is shown and a model in which how street lights can be lit up with the help of sensor energy. One more batch of students have shown the functioning of air cooler without the help of water or snow. They also explained about the way in which steam can be produced from the water when sun light falls through glass on water and in turn how it can be used to move turbines to produce electricity.
