HEALTH AWARENESS PROGRAMME @ APSJKP

To create awareness among the students of Jkpur, Mobile Malaria Dengue Clinic (MMDC)  team,  Kakinada organized a health awareness programme in the school . The purpose of the programme was to sensitize the students about the diseases caused by the mosquitoes, hygienic measures to prevent infections and promote better health. Team leader T. Srinivas Rao, Health Extension officer and his team showed a clear cut vision of Malaria, Typhoid, Dengue and their causing mosquitoes female Anopheles, Aedes Aegypti and their life cycles through a video projector. They told that the Dengue fever spread over the urban areas and asked everyone, by eradicating the larva we could control the viral fevers.  All students and teachers participated in this programme. The sessions were message oriented and interactive, in which the students actively participated and got  clarified their doubts. Smt. B. Supraja Rani,  Prinicpal  of the school supported  throughout  the programme and appreciated the activities. She spoke with media that the awareness programme had enlightened the young minds and it is useful in their daily life. She opined that our Aditya is right platform where all skills will be developed along with academics. Director smt.N. Shruthi Reddy Madam appreciated the MMDC Team.
