CHILDREN’S DAY CELEBRATIONS@apssri

Children’s Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm in Aditya School, Srinagar on 14th November in connection with the Birth Anniversary of the First Prime Minister of India, Jawaharlal Nehru. Director Smt. N. Sruthi Reddy was the Chief Guest of the celebrations. The program started with a floral tribute to Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. Director Smt. N. Sruthi Reddy ignited the lamp in the presence of Principal Smt. M. Ramani and Vice Principal Smt. N. Sridevi Reddy.  Some of the school children presented a soulful song on Nehru.The students of Bhaskara Group Nikhil Rawal and Sandeep delivered a speech on Nehru’s Vision of India. As a mark of peace and prosperity colourful balloons were released in to the sky. Speaking on this occasion  Director Smt. N. Sruthi Reddy advised the students to follow the teachings and principles of Nehru.The School Principal Smt. M. Ramani suggested the students to read at least one book of Jawaharlal Nehru and get motivated by the great visionary. On account of the significant day a small field trip was arranged for primary children with an aim to make the child explore, experience and enrich. Vice Principal Smt. N. Sridevi Reddy has co-ordinated the program.
