National Small Industries Corporation conducted One day orientation programme at Aditya Degree College, Kakinada

            National Small Industries Corporation of Government of India conducted One day orientation programme on Entrepreneurship at Aditya Degree College, Kakinada. Giving this information, the Academic Coordinator Shri BEVL Naidu said that this initiative of Government of India to create awareness among the degree college students and management institutes is welcomed and he opined that this programme will certainly make the students not only as job holders but also gives them a chance to become job providers.

The resource person of National Small Industries Corporation Shri Kireeti spoke to the Bachelor of Business Management students of Aditya Degree College, Kakinada. He opined that students should think of starting their own business as it will provide job for them as well as to others also which one way will solve the ‘unemployment’ problem of India. He also said that entrepreneurship will give a chance to control the business as well as improves the personality of the person. Using the power point presentations he showed some the example of entrepreneurs as well as gave details of the skill sets needed for becoming an entrepreneur. He said that participating students and staff members will get the Certificates from Government of India.

The Secretary of Aditya Educational Institutions Shri NK Deepak Reddy said that the Bachelor of Business Management course is being run prestigiously at Aditya Degree College and several programmes like awareness camps, workshops, industrial tours and seminars are being arranged for the benefit of the students. He applauded the effort of Government of India for taking such an impressive initiative of arranging the orientation programme for students. He also appreciated the resource person Shri Kireeti for clearing the doubts of the students towards entrepreneurship and for encouraging the students for starting their own business.

The programme was attended by the BBM students of Aditya Degree Colleges, the Principal of Aditya Degree College for women Smt. P. Karuna, the management faculty of Aditya Degree College and the Vice Principal of Aditya Degree College Dr. A. Maniprakash.
