Smt. K. Karuna, Principal, Aditya Degree College for Women, Kakinada informed that a Seminar was conducted for BBM students on Saturday. As BBM course relates to Management stream, every student should concentrate on improving the Personality Development Skill. Any person will shine in business only when he possesses efficiency in management skills and expertise in communication skills.
Sri Dr. Y. Nagendra Kumar, DGM, of Akar Solutions attended the meeting as Chief Guest. In his message he said that there are abundant employment avenues for Management students in Global Market. If UG course period of three years is fully utilized resourcefully, the career and future life will be a rosy path. Expression of our ideas with clarity, awareness on the marketing strategies, skills in spoken and written English are to be blended and efficiency should be enhanced. Due to expansion of financial sector, chances for employment in Banking and Marketing are abnormally growing. Virtually there is a dearth for competent man-power and when once a sincere effort is made growth of career is assured. When a firm. Foundation is laid at Degree level, it is not difficult to secure an employment. Every student should cultivate the habit of learning the tips for discharging the duties as an employee/employer successfully.
