16 MNCs conducted Mega Placement Camp at Aditya Degree College in AMPLE – 2014

            AMPLE – 2014 (Aditya’s Mega Placement League for the Earnest) is conducted at Aditya Degree College. This fete is unique to Aditya Degree College. 16 companies related to Banking, Marketing, Insurance, Information Technology sectors visited the campus and selected Aditya Degree Colleges students for various MNC jobs. Giving this information, the Secretary of Aditya Educational Institutions Shri NK Deepak Reddy said that this is unique fete by Aditya Degree Colleges. He also informed that the final list of selected students and the number of placements will be informed in a separate press meet. He on this eve said that a separate division for placements has been developed and the specialist in this division will be visiting various companies related to different sectors throughout the country and will be continuously on the job to invite them for conducting campus interviews in Aditya Degree Colleges. This process will be done continuously be giving information related to the availability of infrastructure and efficient students at Aditya Degree Colleges. He also said that in order to get more number of placements, Aditya is having a separate Campus Recruitment Training division too. This training division will accord not only the knowledge but also the confidence to face the Campus interviews.

The Chairman and sitting MLA of Anaparthy constituency Shri N. Sesha Reddy opined that though the present market conditions are not conducive for providing hundreds of placements, yet such Mega Campus Interviews will be organized at Aditya Degree Colleges and several students are being converted into MNC employees. He on this eve congratulated the job winning students, the faculty members, the branch principals, the placement wing and training wing of Aditya Degree Colleges.

The Academic coordinator of Aditya Degree and PG Colleges, Shri BEVL Naidu on this occasion said that because of the coordination between the Training and Placement division of Aditya, such trained students are achieving jobs and he felt that this victory is famous at state level. He told that without disturbing the University curriculum, Aditya Degree Colleges are improving the standards of students by ‘Campus Recruitment Training’ by providing training in subjects like Reasoning, Arithmetic, English, Interview techniques etc., He also specially congratulated the selected students and the training and placement division faculty.

This job fair was attended by a total of 1400 students from Aditya Degree Colleges of Kakinada, Rajahmundry, Gopalapatnam, Asilmetta, Palakol branches. 16 MNCs like Star Health Insurance,  HCL,  Hinduja Global Solutions. ICICI Bank, Nalanda Factors Inc, Globarena, Redox Labs, Giocon, Future Group, Sri ram Group, Bajaj Capital, Birla Sunlife, Moothoot Fin Cop, India Infoline, Airtel DTH, HDFC Bank have participated in the campus interviews.  The salary package offered was ranged from 72,000 per annum to 2,40,000 per annum. Factors like smooth speaking abilities, easily mingling with people, result orientedness are some of the skills to be improved by the students as opined by Shri Naidu. Shri Naidu also said that some of these companies are also providing free higher education to the selected students.

On this occasion Shri Naidu specially thanked the Chairman and sitting MLA of Anaparthy constituency Shri N. Sesha Reddy for his relentless support and also thanked the Secretary of Aditya Educational Institutions Shri N. K Deepak Reddy who is dynamic in his approach and also continuously trying to improve the standards of Aditya Educational Institutions.

The Aditya Placements Officer Shri Ravi Chandra congratulated the job winning students and opined that students should acquire better skills sets to face any kind of situations in their jobs. He also gave a call to improve their skill sets rather than only concentration on subject knowledge.
