Case Study Approach: The case study is a method which provides descriptive situations which stimulate trainees to make decisions. The purpose of the case method is to make trainees apply what they know, develop new ideas to manage a situation or solve a problem. A case is also a class room tool for Group Discussion where in students get the subject knowledge and are compelled to propose solution to the problem.

Seminars/ Work Shops: Subject experts are invited to widen the scope of the topics through their lectures. A seminar being a a traditional training session, where the maximum time spent in presentation. on the other hand A workshop implies relatively a interactive session  and more facilitated with activities. We make sure that more of these kind of sessions are conducted so that innovative skills and critical thinking are inculcated.

Projects/Internships: These are summer internships or projects which are compulsory for MBA programme. This will allow the students  to apply the skills and lessons learned in a classroom in the real world of business. Many assignments are given to the student which creates a chance to do meaningful work that impacts the company. You can also explore the field in which you are interested.

Industrial Visits: Industry visits bridge the gap between theoretical training and practical learning in a real-life environment. Industry visits provide opportunity for active/interactive learning experiences outside the classroom environment. With industry visits, students are able to better identify their prospective areas of work in the overall organizational function.

Student Development Programme: Popularly known as BID SESSION (Business Intellectual Development) is a Personality Development session which helps students to develop behavioural skill by hosting a one day internal event to their fellow mates which helps in understanding the business dynamics at micro level.

Annual fest “SHIKAR” is conducted by our students to all the MBA graduates across the state which includes Paper Presentation, Business Games, Subject Knowledge Assessment Quiz, Events based on domain areas, cultural helps the students to gain knowledge about how to conduct an event at Macro Level.

CRT & Soft Skills: A lot of elite IT companies like TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Cognizant recruit 1-1.2 lakhs graduates from college campuses. Along with the technical skills, their campus recruitment processes also include aptitude tests- which tests Quantitative, Logical Reasoning, and Language skills of students.
