    As the Medical Entrance Exam date is getting closer, the anxiety is on a constant rise. There is a vast syllabus and the preparation time is very less. It is the high time to plan your calendar. Planning ensures that the syllabus is completed in time and avoid panic on the day of the exam.

    The pattern of the question paper alters almost every year. Solving previous papers helps in getting a clear idea of the pattern of the exam. Try to solve the paper in scheduled time. Identify the changing trends in the past, important questions coming from any particular section and prepare accordingly. Practicing a huge number of sample papers would help you gear up for your final exams to a great extent.

    4. Eliminate Stress and Fear

    The first step to success is the elimination of stress and fear concerning the entrance exam. Sweaty palms are very common in students who have been preparing for the medical entrance exams. With the help of guides or coaching material, you should study carefully and continue practicing topics that you are less confident about. Eliminating tension and worry will also help you focus clearly during your medical entrance exam preparations.

    5. Stop Being Anxious

    Anxiety attacks are very common before exams. It adversely affects your confidence level giving you sleepless nights.
