    CBSE Board Exam Date sheet – 2019

    Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has been released Board Exam Date Sheet for 2019 on its official website- cbse.nic.in.  The CBSE exam class 12 will begin from February 15th, 2019. While, CBSE class 10 board exam will be held from February 21 to March 29, 2019.

     

    CBSE has first released the practical examination dates, which will be held from 16 January to 15 February 2019 except in Allahabad. However,  the practicals in Allahabad will commence from January 1, 2019, due to Kumbh Mela celebrations.

     

    CBSE has also guided the schools to conduct practical exams as two sessions if there are more than 20 students in a batch.  The CBSE board will appoint an external examiner to take practice exams for students of class 12. CBSE has also instructed the schools to upload both practical and internal assessment marks to the board on the same day of practicals.

     

    Students can visit official links, http://cbse.nic.in/newsite/circulars/2018/Class-XII_dt_sheet.pdf for  CBSE exam class 12 and http://cbse.nic.in/newsite/circulars/2018/Class-X_datesheet.pdf for CBSE exam class 10 date sheets. The CBSE 10th & 12th date sheet 2019 includes the dates, timings and the entire schedule. And, these Board exams dates don’t coincide with the dates of any competitive exams.

     

    Important Notes on CBSE exam class 12

    • Duration of each subject/paper has been indicated in the date and be followed meticulously.
    • Answer books would be distributed to candidates between 10.00 – 10.15 A.M.
    • Candidates would write their particulars on the answer book and the particulars shall be signed by Assistant Superintendent.
    • The question paper will be distributed at 10.15 A.M and the candidates shall read the question paper for 15 mins(10.15 -10.30 A.M)
    • Candidates will start writing the answers from 10.30 AM
    • Practical examination in respect of private candidates appearing the first time will be held at the theory examination centers.
    • Private candidates should contact the Principal of the school of their theory examination centers for date and time of practical examination before theory examination is over.
    • The practical examination should be completed before 5th April 2019 in respect of private/ Patrachar candidates.
    • The result of the examination is likely to be declared by the first week of June 2019.

     

    The CBSE Board has released Exam date sheet before seven weeks of the exam date. So, the students can get enough time for perfect planning as well as preparation of the exam.
