ResourcesAcademics

The B.Tech & M.Tech programs have been designed to give good understanding in the principles of ECE. Regular Academic Classes are taught by eminent doctoral staff. Theory courses are associated with companion laboratory courses where the theoretical concepts are reinforced through experimentation.

Research & Consultancy

Both the students and faculty actively involve themselves in various research projects. The department has received funds from government agencies for research (MODROBS). The institution has also signed MOUs with leading electronic companies.

Activities and achievements

The students and faculty actively participate in national /international conferences organized at various other engineering colleges.

The department of ECE conducted a national conference on “signal and image processing” (NCSIP-2012). As a part of the main project, students executed very useful projects such as GSM Based SMS Notice Board, Image Based Password Authentication, Voice Operated Intelligent Lift etc..

Careers

The department is organizing internship program for the students in every summer with the co-ordination of eminent industries like Andhra Electronics, Effetronics, Steel Plant etc. The students can build a career in mobile / wireless communication networks / embedded systems / VLSI and communication devices development. Students can also find opportunities in IT sector.
