The purpose of CRT is ‘enter to learn and leave to earn.’ In the CRT programme at Aditya, students are given intensive coaching in Arithmetic, Reasoning and English. These classes are conducted regularly along with academics right from the First year of their course which gives them a job compulsorily in their Final year. Many online and offline exams are conducted in the CRT programme to hone the skills of students. As a part and parcel of this programme JAM, GD, Mock Interviews are regularly conducted to perfect the students in their Communication and boost their confidence to face the world.
