Faculty of Aditya believes that teaching is not a profession alone but it is a passion for shaping the character of the future citizens and the building blocks of our nation. Parents are the first teachers and teachers are the second parents for every child. This is followed dutifully at Aditya. Teachers are concerned not only about the educational excellence of their students but also about the overall development of their students into good human beings. Equations, formulae, chemical bonding, programs, financial statements, grammar and vocabulary are taught very carefully and meaningfully at Aditya. Likewise, values and morals are also instilled in minds of Adityans. Every faculty at Aditya is not only a mentor who instructs various concepts effectively to students but also a proctor who keeps an eye on the overall performance and conduct of his students. Faculty of Aditya shoulder their responsibility as subject teachers and also take up the responsibility as class teachers to remain in constant touch with the parents of the students of his class, continuously updating them about the student’s attendance, academic performance and conduct .
