A Hero is an ordinary individual who finds the strength and perseveres and endures in spite of overwhelming obstacles. Let us see how...there once was a very wealthy and curious king. This king had a huge rock placed in the middle of a road. Then he hid nearby to see if anyone would try to remove the gigantic rock from the road.

The first people to pass by were some of the king's wealthiest merchants and courtiers. Rather than moving it, they simply walked around it. A few loudly blamed the King for not maintaining the roads. Not one of them tried to move the rock. Finally, a peasant came along. His arms were full of vegetables. When he got near the rock, rather than simply walking around it as the others had, the peasant put down his load and tried to move the stone to the side of the road. It took a lot of effort but he finally succeeded.

The peasant gathered up his load and was ready to go on his way when he saw a purse lying in the road where the rock had been. The peasant opened the purse. The purse was stuffed full of gold coins and a note from the king. The king's note said the purse's gold was a reward for moving the rock from the road.

The king showed the peasant what many of us never understand: every obstacle presents an opportunity to improve our condition.

Everything depends on attitude; we are ambitious or lazy, Enthusiastic or Dull, Royal or Dependable, According to our Attitude. We get Good Grades or Poor Grades According to our Attitude. Lack of Industry is an Attitude, Failure to follow instructions is an attitude so one of the most important steps you can take towards reaching your greatest potential in life is to learn to monitor your attitude and it impacts on your work performance, relationships and everyone around you.

Many people just muddle through life. They don't read informal materials', they don't even pay attention when they watch television, If you ask them what they are watching they mumble mouth, "Nothing" The foolish lack learning, But The wise learn from both Good and Bad.

No doubt if you plan your work and work accordingly, you will have success at your doorstep, if you failed to plan, you plan to fail. To ensure the plan must bring success. Plan + Action = Success. Strive to be better than being the best, our mind automatically pictures as getting ahead of everyone else. The mind is the powerful tool; unfortunately, it is one that few have mastered how to use. Always watch your thoughts; thoughts always drive your life just as electricity drives a motor. The more good and positive thoughts you have, the more your life will start getting better. By being better inside, you will be better from outside too. Dreamer charts their own course and destiny, I believe every one of us is born unique in every way. We need to Nurture that uniqueness.
