Aditya degree college started M.Sc, Biochemistry course in the year  2007, to provide good research platform  in field of Life sciences  and the department  has state  of the art  laboratories and library facilities .The department  offers a diversified learning experience characterized by a sound faculty-student interaction with special emphasis on career advancement.

Biochemistry is the study of the chemical reactions that take place inside organisms. It combines elements from both biology and chemistry. Biochemistry became a separate discipline in the early 20th Century. Topics in biochemistry research include enzyme mechanisms and kinetics, the making of proteins from DNA, RNA, and amino acids through the processes of transcription and translation, and the metabolic processes of cells.
