E - Resources
The technological revolution as well as information explosion has changed the library functions. Electronic resources (e-resources) have become increasingly valuable tools, e- resources are those resources which include documents in electronic form or e- format e-Resources, Internet databases, electronic products, virtual libraries, clickable collections, e-Libraries, Internet resources, e material that can be accessed via internet and intranet in digital library environment. E- resources are delivers a collection of data, text, image collection, other multimedia products like numerical and graphical modes. The information may be delivered on CD-ROM/ DVD, over the computers through internet and so on. E-resources are provide service to help a academic library users to find e- database e-books, e- journals, articles, CD-ROMs, thesis, dissertations, newspapers etc The aim of collection development of e- resources is provide a better services for user community.
