2002, Kakinada.
One conversation changed everything.
During my association with the Aditya Group, Chairman Sri N. Sesha Reddy garu shared a profound thought with me:
“In a regular classroom, a teacher teaches to the average child. In that process, we lose precious time for the brightest minds. Is that not an injustice to their potential?”
That question stayed with me. It became the seed of an idea – What if we created a separate environment, designed exclusively for high-IQ children?
Not a coaching center for IIT or Medical ranks. But a concept-oriented school where curiosity is nurtured, thinking is deepened, and brilliance is not forced to wait.
For months, we lived with this concept. Designing it meant rethinking everything – curriculum, teaching methods, and the very purpose of schooling.
Finally, Aditya Foundation School was born.
This was not easy. A school like this demanded three pillars:
- Strong financial support to build the right infrastructure
- Exceptional teachers who could teach beyond textbooks
- Bright children whose minds deserved a different path
I was fortunate. Chairman Sesha Reddy garu gave me all three.
I remain deeply grateful to our founding team of highly qualified teachers. They crafted a special syllabus—one that prioritized understanding over memorization, depth over speed, and questions over answers. They didn’t just teach. They built the soul of the school.
The beginning was not smooth. Parents were skeptical. “Why a separate school? Will my child miss out?” Admissions were slow.
But within a year or two, the results spoke. Parents saw the difference— children who were thinking, questioning, and loving learning. Word spread. Admissions grew.
Aditya Foundation School began setting milestones: in academics, in innovation, and in the confidence of its students.
What started as one school is now Aditya Talent School & College – a name that carries pride for the entire Aditya Group and immense demand from parents across the region.
As Founder Director, my heart will always belong to this institution. It was built on a simple idea: Give brilliant children the environment they deserve.
