The first stage in most company selection processes is often the most difficult: the aptitude test, which includes Arithmetic, Reasoning, and English. Aditya has designed a structured syllabus for these tests and implements it across all five semesters of the degree course to ensure all relevant topics are thoroughly covered.

To strengthen practical skills, regular online tests are conducted in the Abhyas Coding Lab for programming practice and on the Abhyas Vani portal to develop better communication skills and English proficiency. These efforts aim to help students secure quality employment and transform them into scholars with strong, job-oriented skills, ensuring they are well-prepared to navigate recruitment drives successfully.
