Given the demanding nature of modern life, effective stress management is essential for maintaining overall health and productivity. Listen to the suffering of others, to help them feel better. One can express their love and appreciation for others by using mantras. Communication is an art and should be done properly for the betterment of one self and also for the betterment of society and work place. All the attended have gained a lot of communication presentations to have bright future and good relationships.

Phonetic learning

In phonetic learning, learners are taught to recognize and decode words by associating the sounds of letters or letter combinations with their corresponding symbols.Learners practice blending individual sounds together to read words. Generally, an internship is a task-specific exchange of service for experience between a student and a business. Within internships, classroom concepts suddenly become real tools of the trade as you interact and learn in a professional setting. Internship experiences are formal, formative, and foundational to your career. Developing your knowledge of workplace collaboration, business etiquette, and strong communication tactics are among the vital “soft skills” that can only be learned on the job. In this way, internships in your area of study will build your résumé and teach you instrumental, career-developing qualities.

Mr P.Ramesh stated that, the Greeks were the inventors of the first transposition cipher. During the 4th century BC, Aeneas Tacticus wrote a work entitled On the Defense of Fortifications, one chapter of which was devoted to cryptography, making it the earliest treatise on the subject. Cryptography can ensure the confidentiality and integrity of both data in transit as well as data at rest. It can also authenticate senders and recipients to one another and protect against repudiation. Software systems often have multiple endpoints, typically multiple clients, and one or more back-end servers. These client/server communications take place over networks that cannot be trusted. It can also be used to protect data at rest. Data on a removable disk or in a database can be encrypted to prevent disclosure of sensitive data should the physical media be lost or stolen. In addition, it can also provide integrity protection of data at rest to detect malicious tampering.

On 22-08-2022 Aditya Degree College, Gopalapatnam conducted a training session on machine learning for all the B.Sc/BCA/BBA students to compete with the latest emerging programming. The main aim of this program was to enlighten the students about the world of Machine Learning and Data Science.On this occasion, Mr.Siddardh Reddy focused on Data science in industries, the importance of machine learning and deep learning, the difference between artificial intelligence/ machine learning/ deep learning etc. She further spoke about the applications of Data Science and Machine Learning in the industries such as financial services, transportation, telecommunication, etc. He suggested various applications and skill sets for the attendees to work on and also the real life applications of Machine Learning.Recognise real-world problems as amenable to machine learning. Apply machine learning algorithms and end-to-end statistical processes correctly. Interpret the results of machine learning run on real data. Compare benefits/drawbacks of competing models and algorithms, relevant to real problems.

On this occasion, Mr.Ch.Siva,Principal, Surya Institute, is a resource person for this training and stated the importance of learning Tally Software. He explained about the various applications of tally software such as accounting, finance, inventory, sales, purchase, point of sales, manufacturing, costing. It is one of the most important software which everyone should know because it is used for accounting transactions in an easier way. Pursuing a Tally course will help to get equipped with the necessary and relevant skills needed to perform certain job roles like sales and purchase handling, taxation, inventory controlling, billing, bookkeeping, etc.
