• Worked on conservation and management of an endangered Olive Ridley sea turtle, Lepidochelys Olivacea (Eschoscholtz) along the coast of East Godavari District of Andhra Pradesh, India Supply artwork and development materials to licensees/agents and provide day-to-day creative support
• Submitted thesis under the guidance of Prof. B. Bharatha Lakshmi, Department of Zoology, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam

 

Objectives:

• Identification of the nesting habitats of Olive Ridley turtles in East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh, India.
• To suggest suitable conversation measures for the protection of migratory the Olive Ridley breeding population, nesting habitats, nests, eggs and hatchlings in East Godavari coast of Andhra Pradesh, India.
• To evaluate the possible threats and human-induced mortality of the breeding population of Olive Ridley turtles.
• To create awareness among the stakeholders and monitor the protection measures for the conservation of Olive Ridley along the coastline.
