Karuppannan Jaishankar is an Indian criminologist, serving as the founder, principal director, and professor of criminology and justice sciences at the International Institute of Justice & Police Sciences. This institution is a non-profit academic organization and independent policy think tank located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Additionally, he holds the position of Distinguished Adjunct Professor of Criminology at Saveetha School of Law, Saveetha University, situated in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Dr. Madhusudan Reddy Nandineni holds a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology and a Master of Science in Biotechnology from Hyderabad, India. He completed his Ph.D. in molecular genetics at the Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB) in Hyderabad, India. Subsequently, he conducted postdoctoral research at Yale University School of Medicine in the USA. Since 2005, Dr. Nandineni has served as a Staff Scientist and Group Leader at the Centre for DNA Fingerprinting and Diagnostics (CDFD) in Hyderabad.

Dr. Rajesh Kumar

Dr. Rajesh Kumar, a seasoned forensic scientist, excels in automated forensic examination, specializing in Computational Forensics, Multimedia Forensics, and Pattern Recognition. His impactful research, showcased in numerous international publications, spans over sixteen years. Dr. Kumar's practical contributions include examining 300+ cases and developing globally recognized automatic signature verification systems. Currently heading the Forensic Science Department at the Government Institute of Forensic Science, Aurangabad, he received the Young Scientist Award from the Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India, New Delhi, underscoring his significant contributions to the field.

Smt Dr.Jagadhamba, Retd. Joint Director of APFSL, Hyderabad. Served 28 years in different capacities In Biology Division of APFSL. She has delivered lectures on Forensic Biology, DNA Fingerprinting and Latest technologies in Forensic Biology etc.
