CAMPUS RECRUITMENT TRAINING ( CRT)

  1. To bear in mind the  realization of the management of aditya that its responsibility does not cease merely by providing academic training to its students which is  no longer sufficient to meet the ever changing needs of the today’s corporate world,
  2. To constitute a separate CRT department with the necessary infrastructure
  3. to provide inhouse training facility to all its students to equip them with the necessary employability skills
  4. to bridge the gap between the knowledge levels of students and the requirements of industries
  5. to prepare them to meet the challenging needs of the corporates.
  6. to generate innovate and employable students
  7. to groom the students according to the requirements of the corporates of the 21st century
  8. to ensure the comprehensive coverage of both academic and corporate curricula
  9. to lay down a special emphasis on employability skills
  10. to initiate an on campus CRT program to all its students
  11. to appraise the performance of students through periodical tests
  12. to create corporate ambience and propel innovation through activity based learning.
  13. To provide excellent study material in aptitude and soft skiils to all the students  to equip them with the necessary skills to prepare for various campus recruitment drives conducted by several prestigious MNCs .
  14. To conduct online objective tests in English and aptitude to equip the students with the necessary linguistic, quantitative  and analytical  skills to enable them to emerge triumphant in various campus recruitment drives.
  15. To offer intensive training in resume preparation and WET ( written English test)  
  1. To encourage the students to participate in JAMs, GDs and interviews to develop their presentation skills, communication skills  and public speaking competencies to enhance their employability skills.
  2. To make use of The instructional expertise offered by the faculty of soft skills and the faculty of aptitude of the department of CRT of aditya degree college for women, Kakinada
  3. To prepare the students to appear for various campus recruitment drives conducted by several prestigious MNCs, ICET examination conducted by APSCHE ,CAT examination conducted by the ministry of HRD of the government of india and several public sector examinations conducted by both central and state governments
  4. To enable the students to excel in their professional career.

 

SOFT SKILLS TRAINING

  1. To lay down a special impetus on soft-skills
  2. to improve linguistic competence and to enhance the chances of  employability of students in the today’s competitive world.
  3. To encourage the students to participate in JAM’s, GD’s, Elocutions, Mock Interviews, Role Plays , etc., to improve their communication skills and emerge successful  in various campus recruitment drives orgainsed by the college.
  4. To lay down Special emphasis on online objective type written tests and online written English tests to facilitate the students to get selected in various campus recruitment drives conducted by several prestigious MNCs.
  5. To ensure that the college always stands  in the forefront in terms of the number of campus selections achieved by its students
  6. To testify to the mettle of  education imparted by its highly qualified, competent, committed and seasoned faculty of the department of CRT
  1. to kindle the penchant of the students to grab attractive employment opportunities in the corporate sector.
  2. To record a consistent increase in the number of campus selections and the number of prospective and complacent recruiters.

  • One Spacious waiting hall for the students.
  • One Chamber for Training and Placement officer, Seven Chambers for Group Discussion and three Chambers for Interviews.
  • One Board room.
  • One training hall with projector, sound system with movable furniture.
  • One more training hall with marker board and movable furniture.
  • Have decent furniture for conducting the interviews or to conduct the committee meetings and training's

Faculty Members
  • To coordinate the training and placement activities by mobilizing students and ensure the conduct of training programs strictly according to the schedule prepared.
  • To record the attendance of the students during training and placement programs and ensure special care is taken to achieve 100% attendance by the way of phone calls to the parents and the absentees.
  • To see that labs are available for conducting online tests.
  • To coordinate the conduct of placement motivation sessions, Counselling and career guidance sessions, industry orientation programs, soft skills training sessions, aptitude training sessions, technical training sessions, personality development sessions, industry institute interactive sessions regularly as per the planner.
  • To Counsel, Motivate and Inspire students to ensure their dynamic, enthusiastic and active participation in the training and placement initiatives through individual interactions.
Student Members
  • To bring representations from their class group regarding their needs/requirements for training/placement/career guidance activities.
  • To act as an active bridge between their class group and the placement department to share any information related to trainings/job opportunities/guest lectures / assessments / career guidance programmes.
  • To coordinate the peer learning activities, mock interviews, resume preparations etc.,
  • To motivate their class groups for active participation in the various activities those are planned for their future prospects.
  • To share their plans/ideas with respect to the industry needs in accordance to their collective requirements of their class group.
  • They act as volunteers/nominate volunteers during the placement activities to coordinate the hiring process along with the placement team.
