TEACHERS’ RE-ORIENTATION PROGRAM 2018@apssri

To sharpen the professional competencies of the teachers, of Aditya Schools, the management conducts re-orientation program for the teachers of Aditya Group of Schools every year. This year the program has been inaugurated by Aditya Educational Institutions Director Smt. N. Sruthi Reddy  on 4th May in the presence of the  the Principal of Aditya School, Srinagar Smt. M. Ramani, and other school principals and faculty members. As a part of the orientation program an excellent motivation session was arranged for the teachers by the famous motivational speaker Sri. M. Satish. He explained various topics like The effective Teaching Skills and How to Develop Technological Skills for Teaching, How to Balance Work and Life etc. The teachers who attended the program expressed that such type of motivation programs will certainly sharpen their skills and enrich their professional competencies. The orientation program was conducted for 15 days.During the sessions the faculty members have been facilitated a wonderful opportunity to interact with  the resource persons of various subject experts. At the end of the session subject wise seminars and written test and many other subject oriented activities were conducted for the teachers in their respective subjects. All the teachers both primary and high school took active  part during the sessions. The winners of the competitions were appreciated by the Director Smt. N. Sruthi Reddy with best compliments.
