‘AVINYA’ CELEBRATIONS @ APSJKP

AVINYA  ….. a creative Expo of talents and innovative expressions is celebrated enthusiastically at Aditya school Jagannaickpur branch, in connection with National Science day in commemoration of Birth Anniversary of Dr.Chandra Sekhara Venkata Raman. The inaugural meet was attended by the guest of eminence  M.Sreenivas Vineel, District Science Officer, Kakinada. Students from Kindergarten to Std. IX took an exuberant role and exhibited nearly 232 projects which inspired numerous visitors. The show of AVINYA has been lasted for 3 days and the count of spectators noted nearly 2000. In this extravaganza, different to routine, all Departments: Telugu, Hindi, Maths, Physics, English , Biology, Computers and social studies are given equal and vital role along with science projects. The themes, Socio, tradition and culture, Ancient collection of memories, Telugu Folk culture, Theatre Arts etc. have been depicted in a grand scale in the Expo. Parents, visitors and staff and students of various schools felt happy and opined that they were enlightened and immensely gained knowledge with the creative projects. They added that the ‘AVINYA’ stood as an eye witness for students potentiality and creative thinking. The innate and innovative aptitude of students made the judges amazed. The most experienced subject experts Dr. Ryally Prasad, Writer, K.Paul Raj lecturer, P.Ravishankar, Ganithavadhani, and K.Jaya Lakshmi, Executive member Dakshina Bharata Hindi Prachara Sabha, Chennai, judged the students in different perspectives. Eventually at the closing ceremony the dignitaries appreciated the students for their novel ideas and expressed that bringing all the departments on the same platform is a Miraculous job and never before. They inspired and motivated the students to take up challenges and put the efforts to achieve excellence in their life. School Director Smt.N.Shruthi Reddy Madam congratulated all the young scientists for their tremendous knock. Principal Smt.B.Supraja Rani shared the Glimpses of ‘AVINYA’ and emphasized the need to go beyond the Text books and imbibe the knowledge from all the sources for over all development. Vice Principal Smt. R.Srividya concluded the magnum opus of Avinya with a thought provoking note that learning by doing has profound impact on the development of scientific temper in students. Our colourful Avinya completed its journey of success in a Mega level which left an indelible impression at every mind.
