59 students of Aditya Degree College selected for Tata Consultancy Services

            A total of 59 students of Aditya Degree College got selected for Tata Consultancy Services Company. Giving this information, the Academic Coordinator of Aditya Degree and PG Colleges, Shri BEVL Naidu opined that many MNCs are turning up to Aditya Degree College because of the quality of the students. The selection was done based on Written test, HR round, Technical round and Manager round. A total of 860 students participated in round of campus interviews and out of that 59 students got selected for the job of BPS wing of Tata Consultancy Services. Shri Naidu on this occasion reminded of recent success of various campus interviews where more than 475 Aditya Degree students got the placements in one month time and he added that this saga of selections is continuing.

The Chairman of Aditya Educational Institutions, Shri N. Sesha Reddy congratulated the selected students and appreciated the Campus Recruitment Team and Campus Recruitment Training team for providing such a nice training. He on this occasion opined that there is continuous training effort of faculty members and the students also made use of the training very well.

The Secretary of Aditya Educational Institutions Shri NK Deepak Reddy opined that based on the requirement of the MNCs the Campus Recruitment Training team of Aditya Degree College is providing training for the students of Aditya Degree Colleges from the first year of the Degree and that is the main reason for maximum selections in any campus interviews. He appreciated the team members of TCS who conducted the campus interviews.

The Academic Coordinator of Aditya Degree and PG Colleges Shri BEVL Naidu said that special attention is given towards the Campus Recruitment Training for the students from the first year of Degree studies and because of the special training students are achieving successes. He gave details of the annual salary package offered for the students i.e., Rs. 1,50,000 and said that the students can expect a good hike in no time. He also said that the job location is Nagpur. It is also said on this occasion that the company is assuring higher studies for the selected candidates in BITS, Pilani.

The Company HR Managers Shri Ram, Shri Sapthasri and the Technical Executives Shri Arindam, Shri Samrat conducted these four rounds of interviews. They initially conducted Written test, HR round, Technical round and Manager rounds and finally selected 59 students from Aditya Degree College.  The TCS team also assured the selected students for providing higher studies also.

The placements officers Shri Ravichandra, Shri Rajesh, the Directors of Aditya Educational Institutions Shri S.P. Gangireddy and Shri Raghava Reddy, the Principals of the Aditya Degree colleges, Smt. K. Karuna, Shri K.C. Sagar, Shri Phani Kumar, Shri Ravi Kumar and the vice principal of Aditya Degree College Dr. A. Maniprakash, appreciated the selected students, the placement drive was organized by placement coordinators Shri Kumar, Shri Janaki Ram and Shri Srikanth.
