JOB DESCRIPTION FOR B.E:

The candidate should ideally be B.Tech and must have a Passion to work for Automobiles Sales and Marketing.

Designation: BDE
Reporting to: Sales Manager/ Team Leader

Location: Hyderabad

Description of the job:

  • To convert  walk-ins and enquiries into leads and prospects and make successful sale of the Harley Davidson Motorcycles.
  • To improve Sales Satisfaction Index Scores by following the standard procedures.
  •  Ensure to create an enhanced end to end sales experience for the customer through personalized customer handling.
  • Assist the customer at all stages of the interaction and understanding his/her needs and requirements from the vehicle and help him/her in decision making.
  • Adherence to all the sales processes and maintaining of different forms a Customer data inquiry form, Test drive feedback forms etc.
  • Cater to leads passed on through different channels such as website links, virtual showroom.
  • Leverage the technological aids for sales and hence improving the sales experience.
  • To consistently plan, monitor and achieve sales targets.
  • To generate revenue to the company  through accessories, insurance and finance products.
  • To track the competition performance for his assigned territory.
  • To generate leads through activities at different prospective locations through field works and events
  • To build and sustain long term relationships with the customers.
