Aditya Degree College students excel on World Population Day competitions

            Kakinada Aditya Degree College students excel on World Population Day competitions. Giving this information, the Academic Coordinator of Aditya Degree and PG Colleges Shri BEVL Naidu opined that population is like an explosion and it’s impacts are increasing day by day.  A seminar was conducted on this occasion where the Environmental problems due to population increase were discussed. Shri Naidu on this occasion said that though the present world is developing with high pace, yet the consumption of resources by the population are making our future a question mark. He also explained about the problems due to population explosion and also said that more awareness should be creasted on Environmental balance.

The Vice Principal of Aditya Degree College, Dr. A. Maniprakash opined that human being is creating the ‘need’ of resources and is like a slave to the facilities and facing all sorts of financial hurdles through population explosion. He gave tips on reducing the population growth and also told about simultaneous decrease on Environmental resources.

On this occasion the prize winners a P.R. Govt. College were specially appreciated. The first prize winners of Quiz Mr. K. Krishnakanth, Ms. Keerthana, Ms. Tasneem, the second prize winners of Quiz Ms.Gowri, Swapna and Lalitha, Second prize winner of Elocution Ms. Shilpa the third prize winner of Elocution Mr. K. Kumar babu, third prize winners of Essaywriting S. Pavani were congratulated by the Academic Coordinator of Aditya Degree and PG colleges, Shri BEVL Naidu.

The Principal of Aditya Degree College for women Smt. K. Karuna, the Programme officers of NSS Shri T. Tejeswara Rao, Shri L. Divakara Rao and Ms. Bhuvana joined the programme to congratulate the prize winners and also discussed about the impacts of population growth on Environment and natural resources.
