Aditya Degree College NSS student volunteers distributed blankets to the Poor and Needy

            The NSS student volunteers of Aditya Degree College involved themselves showed their kind gesture to the Needy and Poor. Giving this information, the Academic Coordinator Shri BEVL Naidu said that the National Service Scheme volunteers are very active in Aditya Degree College and also they are involving themselves in various service programmes like these he added.

On this occasion, a team of members including the Programme officers of Aditya Degree College NSS Team I and Team II distributed the blankets to the needy and poor in the surroundings of Kakinada. They have distributed the blankets from 9:30 pm to 12:00 pm in centres like Kokila restaurant area, Balaji cheruvu, Chinna masid center, Government Hospital area, Warf road, Jagannadhapuram, near new flyover of busstand, near main road, bhanugudi junction, cinema hall road etc.,  The team members roamed on the two wheelers for distributing the blankets.

The Academic Coordinator of Aditya Degree and PG Colleges, Shri BEVL Naidu, the vice principal of Aditya DegreeCollege Dr. A. Maniprakash, the NSS programme officers Shri T. Tejeswara Rao and Shri L. Divakara Rao, the faculty Dr. D.S.D. Shyamala and the students participated in the programme and appreciated the efforts of the students.

The Secretary of Aditya Educational Institutions, Shri NK Deepak Reddy, the Director of Aditya Educational Institutions, Smt. N. Suguna Reddy appreciated the students for their kind gesture of distributing the blankets to the poor. They appreciated for this idea of distributing blankets to the underprivileged sector people. On this occasion Shri Naidu said that though this programme gave the satisfaction, the pathetic condition of the poor encouraged the participants to think further to help them, he added.
