The spirit of freedom and its essence will be well understood if younger generations are made aware of our freedom struggle.
72nd Independence Day Celebrations was a pompous show with related activities presented from 13th August in the form of theme oriented Skits, Songs, Write ups about great leaders etc. during assembly activities.
On 15th August the Programme started with flag hoisting followed by speeches. Sri M.Gajendra Kumar Garu, the chief guest discussed about freedom and its significance the role of discipline for success.
The Cultural show invoked patriotism with the freedom fighters sacrifices depicted through the documentary “ Matrudevo Bhava Social and Fantasy Documentary”. This show highlighted freedom struggle with facts of Quit India Movement, Cripps mission, Indian National army’s role enacted with emotions and trauma excellently. Patriotic songs and dances attracted the audience. The Pyramid show and Hoop show mesmerised every one.
The Principal expressed the significance of with holding Patriotism with human values and safe guarding our Culture and heritage along with the defence of our Country.
