Our school celebrated children’s day with fun and frolic on 14th November in remembrance of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru birth anniversary. Children were dressed in their best bringing festive look to the school . There was an excitement in the air and the young ones were full of stories about their special day at school. The notice boards were brought alive with a ‘Happy children’s day’ messages surrounded by a few striking pictures of the kids taken at school. The students were seen happy doing all sorts of activities. Children enjoyed the day with heart content and expressed their love towards Chachagi with expressive and exuberant talk. Director Smt.N.Shruthi Reddy Madam showered the students with motivational measures. Tiny ‘Chachaji’ of Aditya blessed the children with his cute affection and released the pigeons and balloons along with the dignitaries which resembles an act of peace.
The Chief Guest Lion Dr. Ravula Venkata Ramana Rao, Managing Director, Kusuma Multi specialties Hospital, Kakinada, interacted with the children in a different perspective mode which made every child active and thoughtful. He filled the true spirit of children’s day at our school and entertained them with songs and scientific information. He posed many intellectual questions to the students and awarded prizes those who answered spontaneously. The entire session went on with immense pleasure and fruitful manner. Prizes were given to the winners of various games & sports, WOW toppers and winners in Essay Writing, drawing competitions of Bala bhavan. Principal Smt.B.Supraja Rani concluded the program with cheerful greetings and emphasized the need for the overall development of the children as it is rightly said that today’s children are citizens of tomorrow.
