NSS SPECIAL CAMP 2018-19: FREE EYE CAMP BY NSS VOLUNTEERS OF ADITYA AT ATCHAMPETA, BRAHMANANDAPURAM AND KOPPAVARAM VILLAGES

“The eyes like sentinel occupy the highest place in the body”. Reflecting the saying NSS team of Aditya had organized a free Eye Camp under the supervision of Sri B.Suresh, program manager-Sri Kiran Eye Hospital at Atchampeta, Brahmanandapuram and Koppavaram villages near Kakinada.

As a part of the program 160 members visited for the checkup organized by Sri Kiran Eye Hospital. The program was inaugurated by Smt.B.Hemalatha, Ophthalmologist, Sri Kiran Eye Hospital. Speaking on the occasion Sri B.E.V.L Naidu stated that Eyes play a prominent role in the human body and it is our responsibility to take care of them. He appreciated the NSS students for organizing a great social-responsible program. He expressed his gladness to announce that some of the people were listed out for free eye surgery through our camp and thanked Dr.Chandrasheakar, the chairman of Sankuratri Foundation for his services. Sri.N.Ramachandramurthy, headmaster, upper primary school; Smt Padmavathi, faculty; M.Anjali, N.Shyamala and V.Swathi, technicians – Kiran Eye Hospital had participated in this camp.

The Chairman of Aditya Educational Institutions Sri.N.Sesha Reddy, Secretary Sri.N.Krishna Deepak Reddy,              Sri B.E.V.L Naidu, Academic Co-ordinator, Sri Ch.V.V Satyanarayana, Vice-Principal, appreciated all the NSS volunteers for organizing NSS special service camp. The NSS program officers Sri.T.Tejeswararao, Sri L.Diwakararao, Villagers and NSS Volunteers participated in this camp.
