Krishnashtami and Sanskrit Day Celebrations@apsamp

Sanskrit Day was Celebrated with the importance of the Vedic Language given in the form of write – up. Sanskrit Slokas were rendered explaining their meaning. Many poets and their literary works were narrated. Sanskrit pledge was also taken.
Sri Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated with pomp and splendor. Children dressed as Krishna’s and Radha’s were a treat to watch. Songs and Dances were alluring. Incarnation of the lord to protect the universe and destroy the evil was explained. ” Utti” Sambaram was a huge hit with the students.
The Principal suggested that our culture and heritage should be protected by making the new generation understand the significance by following the rituals and festivals.
