PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT SEMINAR @ ADITYA DEGREE COLLEGE. KAKINADA

“Different ways to achieve your goal” is the motto of the personality development program which has been organized at Aditya Degree College, Kakinada.  Speaking on, the President of the program, Dr.B.E.V.L Naidu told that Personality development is nothing but a tool that helps to realize our capabilities, strengths in making us a stronger, happier and a cheerful person. The Resource person of the Personality Development program Sri.Maharshi Sagar trained the students by explaining them the difference between Self confidence and over confidence and advised the students not to build up the over confidence even in an easy task. One should be disciplined and only through it one can achieve success in their lives. He also stated that students should not take up their examinations as a burden but should celebrate them as festival of achieving success which could only be possible with a perfect timetable and determination. Moreover, they have to build up the self confidence in them.
