STATISTICS FEST ‘SYNERGIA – 2020’ @ ADITYA DEGREE COLLEGE, KAKINADA

SYNERGIA – 2K20, the STATISTICS FEST, was organized by the department of statistics in the premises of Aditya Degree College Auditorium, Kakinada. The Program started with a prayer song and the lightening of the lamp. The Chief Guest of the event Dr. B.E.V.L Naidu, the Academic Director, addressed the gathering by telling the importance of Statistics in the present world. He stated that Statistics occupies a special role in today’s competitive world. He gave a call to the students that they should achieve good posts as the Statistical officers and Statistical Data Analyzers which takes up a crucial role in all the possible fields and sciences. He also stated that in this generation Data Sciences & Data Analytics is occupying a special place and the students should choose these fields to grab good jobs with high salary. Later, prizes were distributed to the winners of the different competitions through the hands of Dr.B.E.V.L Naidu. The Chairman of Aditya Educational Institutions, Dr. N.Sesha Reddy and Secretary Sri N.Krishna Deepak Reddy appreciated the Department of Statistics for organizing the FEST. Sri Ch.V.V .Satyanarayana, Vice-Principal; Sri N.Murthy, Incharge; Head of the department of Statistics Sri.M.Somhadri and the faculty members Sri.B.Sureshkumar, Smt.M.Sai Navya and the students of Statistics participated.
