ADITYA DEGREE COLLEGE FOR WOMEN- KAKINADA follows UGC rules for fee refunds. This policy explain show students can get a refund if they cancel or withdraw their admission.
2. Refund Rules
Refund depends on when you cancel your admission

| 15days or more before last admission date | 100% |
| Less than 15 days before last admission date | 90% |
| Upto 15days after last admission date | 80% |
| 16 to 30 days after last admission date | 50% |
| More than 30 days after last admission date | No Refund |
3. Processing Fee
Rs.1,000 will be deducted as processing charges for refunds.
4. Who Can Get a Refund?
This policy applies to all students joining any course at ADITYA DEGREE COLLEGE FOR WOMEN KAKINADA. The college will not keep original certificates and follows UGC rules.
5. Steps to Get a Refund
- Write a letter asking for withdrawal and attach your admission proof.
- Refunds will be processed within1 5working days after approval.
- Money will be refunded to the original payment method.
