SWACHH BHARAT OBSERVED AT ADITYA DEGREE COLLEGE FOR WOMEN.

The Principal of Aditya Degree College For Women,Kakinada.Smt.K.Karuna said that NSS Students of Aditya Degree College For Women took active part in Swachh Bharat.She also said that Swachh Bharat was announced by Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi on Indian Independence Day & launched on 2 Oct 2014, Gandhi Jayanti. On this day, Modi addressed the citizens of India in a public gathering held at Rajghat, New Delhi. This campaign aims to accomplish the vision of ‘Clean India’ by 2 October 2019, 150th birthday of Mahatma Gandhi.

The Coordinator of Aditya PG &Degree College Sri.B.E.V.L.Naidu poined that In response to the call given by Hon’ble Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi Swachh Bharat Abiyan in full swing.As Mahatma Gandhi devoted his life so that India attains ‘Swarajya.’A clean India is the best tribute we can pay Gandhi ji when we celebrate his 150th birth anniversary in 2019. Keeping in view the efforts made our PM our college has organized various activities to get the college campus clean. All departments and centres of the college have launched cleanliness drive by cleaning classrooms, toilets, labs, lawns, open spaces and spaces shared by the academic community.

Chairman of Aditya Educational Institutions Sri.N.Sesha Reddy was extremely delighted to interact with the students and teachers and see their overwhelming response. He motivated the students and staff-members to work in the direction energetically and wholeheartedly to make a ‘Swachh Bharat’.
