“Job market is encouraging for commerce and Management students”: Shri G. Srinivasarao

            An awareness seminar was conducted for the Commerce and Management department students of Aditya Degree College by eminent Commerce and Management expert Shri G. Srinivasarao on the higher education and career avenues in the job market. Giving this information, the Academic Coordinator Shri BEVL Naidu opined that at present the Commerce and Management courses are run prestigiously at Aditya Degree Colleges as these courses are giving more number of job opportunities for the students. He also said that students who are improvising their skills sets like communication, the language usage and the body language etc., are adopting fast to different conditions and thus are settling fast in life. The Commerce and Management expert  and faculty member of Icchapuram Govt. Degree College Shri G. Srinivasarao on this occasion spoke to the Commerce and Management students of Aditya Degree College. He opined that most of the degree students are unaware about various courses being offered by the Insurance, Finance, Banking and Actuarial sciences etc., He opined that skilled persons are required and the jobs are available for the right person. He also opined that many students from South are unaware about the courses being offered by institutes like Indian Institute of Banking and Finance, Insurance Institute of India and Institute of Actuaries of India. He gave information regarding various diploma and other courses which are job oriented and can certainly help the graduate students to start their career early in life. He opined that if the students can afford, with minimal expenditure they can acquire new courses and can easily get into high paid jobs. Shri G. Srinivasarao who was working with Aditya Degree College appreciated the facilities provided at the college and said that with the help of management and the available facilities, the students of Commerce and Management can achieve big positions in the job market. The Secretary of Aditya Educational Institutions, Shri NK Deepak Reddy appreciated the efforts of Shri G. Srinivasarao for guiding the students towards their aims and opined that today’s job market needs skilled persons who can work smart. He also gave a call to the student to think differently and get into a job which also provides higher education and gives quality work experience. On this occasion Shri BEVL Naidu handed over a memento to Shri G. Srinivasarao for his inspiring seminar to Commerce and Management students regarding career avenues in the job market. The Vice Principal of Aditya Degree College Dr. A. Maniprakash and the faculty members and the final year B.Com and B.B.M students of Aditya Degree College participated in the seminar.
