Every thing is with ‘Vote’ – Awareness programme at Aditya Degree College, Kakinada

            An awareness programme on “Voting and it’s importance” has been organized at Aditya Degree College in association with the Eeenadu and ETv group. Speaking on this occasion the Academic Coordinator of Aditya Degree and PG Colleges Shri BEVL Naidu opined that Voting is necessary and the voters and the public should not feel that nothing will happened if they do not vote. He also said that this tendency should not be encouraged and gave examples regarding our poor selection of right politician. He also said that though we spend lot of time when we want to select a good shirt for ourselves, we are unable to  select right candidate who can serve us better though ample time is given to us before elections. He finally said that every student should come forward to vote and select the right person.

As a part of the programme one of the Group – I officer Shri Srinivasa Kumar spoke to the gathering and he opined on this occasion that every one if properly votes, India can become ‘Developed Nation’ soon. He also said that everyone should discourage the flow of money, caste and religion and other ways of voting system and he said that ‘questioning’ can bring change in the politicians. He cleared doubts of the students on this occasion.

Many students of Aditya Degree College participated actively in the awareness programme and cleared their doubts regarding voting process, the process of getting vote and other doubts they have with regard to the impact of reservations, caste influence, money flow on the upcoming elections etc.,
