Opening day for the First year Aditya Degree College students at Kakinada

“Discipline helps in getting Success” – Personality development trainer Shri Uday kumar

 July 7: Lakshminarayananagar, Kakinada: Aditya Degree College, Kakinada conducted Induction programme for the first year degree students. The meeting was arranged for the parents and students at the auditorium of Rangaraya Medical College, Kakinada. Shri Uday kumar, famous personality development trainer conducted orientation session for the students and parents. The programme was presided over by the Chairman of Aditya Educational Institutions Shri N. Sesha Reddy and the Academic Coordinator of Aditya Degree and PG Colleges Shri BEVL Naidu supervised the programme.

The president of the function and the Secretary of Aditya Educational Institutions, Shri N Sesha Reddy opined that Aditya Degree Colleges are providing several job opportunities than any other college in the state. He reminded of the ‘Outstanding Performance award’ received by the college by the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and also said that programme with the title ‘AMPLE (Aditya’s Mega Placement League for the Earnest) is conducted regularly to provide jobs for the degree students. He said that apart from the university curriculum the students are also given with Communication skills, Soft skills as Campus Recruitment Training (CRT) which is required to secure a good job. He opined that right decision and right time can lead to success. He gave a call to the students to dream big and see that the big dreams are reached through the help of teachers and parents and in this process bring good name to the parents and teachers. He assured the students and parents regarding the Academic facilities available at Aditya Degree College. He said that with degree qualification the students can get better jobs. He opined that with strategic planning, experienced faculty and with the student effort success is possible at Aditya Degree College very easily. Shri N. Sesha Reddy Before that the Chairman inaugurated the programme by lighting the lamps traditionally. He gave the chance of lighting the lamp to one of the International student Ms. Marianne and the other student and their parents.

The Academic Coordinator of Aditya Degree and PG Colleges, Shri BEVL Naidu on this occasion addressed the students and he said that Aditya Degree College is unique with the success of securing 1757 jobs from 23 Corporate companies and 603 jobs on one day from 15 corporate companies. He said that all efforts are made to bring the creativity out of the students at Aditya Degree Colleges. He opined that the Campus Recruitment Training, the Placements record, the ranks secured by students in various PG Common Entrance Tests etc., are showing the quality of academic standards at Aditya Degree College. On this occasion the rankers of Degree exams and the rankers of various PG Common entrance tests were felicitated by handovering a medallion and a Certificate.

The Principal of Aditya Degree College for women Smt. K. Karuna gave a call to the students that they should succeed in their career.

The personality development trainer Shri A. Uday kumar congratulated the management of Aditya Degree College for running colleges so prestigiously and also with utmost precaution by maintaining the Academic standards. He said that he had never experienced such a wonderful college with so many facilities like Campus Recruitment Training and he opined that the students should get full advantage out of such programme. He also inspired the students by saying that students can learn many things from the problems they face and gave a call to the students to learn several things and increase interest on many things rather than one thing. He told that practice makes the success easy. He gave several examples of successful people and told that every student can reach their goals so easily, provided they have the fire within themselves. He opined that every student must succeed with the training provided at Aditya Degree College and ultimately become a winner.

This programme was attended by the Vice Principal of Aditya Degree College Dr. A. Maniprakash, the Dean of Foreign affairs, Shri Gopal, the Programme Officers of National Service Scheme Shri T. Tejeswara Rao and Shri L. Divakara Rao and the teaching and non teaching staff of Aditya Degree College.
