HR Business Deployability Training Workshop at Aditya Global Business School

“Employability is not what the industry is looking at but it is looking at deployability”, said Dr.Suguna, the director of Aditya Global Business School as she addressed the students of MBA and PGDM who are attending a three-day Deployability Training Workshop on Business HR being conducted at the Aditya Global Business School, Surampalem from 9th to 10th March,2015.. It was an exclusive workshop to understand the dynamics of Human Resource and Industrial Relations. The trainer Mr.Veera.Kandukuri, the CEO of HR Guru—a HR Consulting company, has given inputs to the students who are specializing in Human Resource Management. “The orientation through this workshop will help the students to work as experienced people from Day one after joining in their jobs“, said Mr.Sesha Reddy the Chairman of Aditya Group of Educational Institutes. “AGBS has pioneered in organizing such Deployability training to its students which will benefit them at the time of placements as it bridges industry-campus deployability gap; for the students will not feel strangers, and the industry can spare its training. Student participants of the workshop said that focus on Business HR, Business HR metrics, Work-force Planning,Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development,Performance Management System,Balanced Score Card etc,Talent Engagement,Compensation Management, HR Analytics etc has empowered them to get deployed on day one as a senior in the HR Department. Principal Dr.G.Ravi thanked the resource person and said similar workshops would be conducted in the other areas like Finance, and Marketing as well. Mr.John Methuselah and Mrs.Shailaja Rao rated the final presentations made by the students. Team ‘Pirates’ won the prize for ‘Business Profits through People’ the best HR Business Presentation. All the participants were given certificates.
