Industrial visit to ‘KPR Fertilisers’ by Aditya Degree College for Women students kakinada

1^st Year BBA students of Aditya Degree College for Women, Kakinada have visited “KPR Fertilisers Industry “at Biccavolu as a part of Industrial Visit Programme.

Speaking on the occasion, the principal of the college Mrs. K. Karuna said that in a bid to expose the students the students to the day-to-day work environment of real entrepreneurs industrial tours were organized.  She said that these tours help the students to get useful information relating  to practical aspects of entrepreneurship.

The Managing Partners of the company Sri.. K,Papa Reddy,Sri.K.Rajendra Reddy, got the students well acquainted with  the various units of the organization.  Students got an opportunity to see the step-by-step manufacturing process.

Addressing on the occasion Mr. B.E.V.L Naidu, the Academic Co-ordinator of Aditya Degree  & P.G Colleges said that educational tours provide the students with on opportunity the experience what lies beyond their class rooms and introduce students to new experiences, teaching and learning techniques, people & lifestyle.

Mr. N. Deepak Reddy, Secretary of Aditya Educational Institutions said that Industrial Visit encourage the students and help them in understanding  the technicalities of various jobs and giving them 1^st  hand experience of how an industry works.

Students were accompanied by Management Department Faculty Members Mr. S. Krishna Babu and Smt.L.Rajeswari.
