C.Srinivasan who was an executive Vice-President of KMV Projects Ltd., had visited Aditya global business school, Surampalem to give a guest leacture on “Economy and Expectations” to all the management students where he touched open the points like – the changing word, the changing enterprise , leadership gaps ,trends towards new management education, and faculty development importance. He touched open the points like examples of an effective organization with a case study of “Nutan Mumbai Tiffin Box suppliers association (NMTBSA). Its success mantra and achievements. He stressed upon for personal effectiveness and to be self reliant, personal effectiveness by knowledge skill and attitude, He discussed upon the role models for personal effectiveness with examples of Einsten, Edison, Helen Keller, beetaoren , Nelson Mandela, Malathi Holla, M. Sharad Kumar, Diksheet, Sheela. He touched upon the points of personal effectivness and risk taking with live examples of his life and asked students to introspect and make corrections in students personal effectives and recommended students to give attention to each and every details with C Sreenivasan speech students get enthralled and expressed happiness and lot much to be learned.
